It is perfect for organising workshops and residential classes. The large living room, porch and front courtyard are suitable spaces for theatre, yoga and meditation groups, as well as workshops for musicians, painters, translators and other associations. Sea20.20 has unlimited free wifi guaranteed by a private antenna, so you can work or study on your computer, surf the internet at any time and listen to music online. Guests can choose to cook any of the menus themselves, as there is a fully equipped kitchen.
From Sea20.20 guests can admire a spectacular panorama of the sea, all the way to Corsica, in its constant transformation of colours. Sea20.20 also has private parking. Guests can explore the Ligurian hinterland or visit places along the coast, by car or bike (Riviera 24 cycle path or our suggested routes) or on foot. On the east side of the building, protected by a large canopy and screened by a wall of thick bamboo canes, is the CALISTHENICS AREA with equipment such as a pull-up bar, parallel bars, bench and exercise bikes.
