Living Area
The living area is all on the ground floor, with three living rooms, fireplace, television, central armchairs, reading area, dining area and kitchen area. The porch gives the possibility to dine outside, with outdoor furniture; on the solarium in front it is possible to put the deckchairs in full sun or in the shade of the tall pines.
South Room
Double bed, with French window onto south-facing terrace on first floor, walk-in wardrobe, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, space for a cot.
East Room
Two beds (or double), with French window to balcony to the east, bathroom with shower on the floor.
West Room
Double bedroom, with French window to patio and independent pedestrian access to road, bathroom with shower on floor.
Studio
Room with desk, bookcase and sofa (double sofa bed), overlooking the south-facing terrace on the first floor.
Terrace
Large panoramic terrace, sunny from morning to evening and shaded by tall maritime pines, which can be used all day long in absolute privacy.
